Description of frozen blueberries

The main feature of blueberries is its unique taste and vitamin composition. About 10% of the berries contain useful vitamins (A, C, PP, B1, B2, K), as well as various micro- and macroelements (Fe, P, Ca, M and K), lemon fiber, pectins, carotene, tannins, as well as antioxidants. The remaining 90% of the berries are juice.

Blueberries were frozen using a deep, shock freezing method, which allowed to preserve the taste and vitamins in full.
